The Fall Home Focus

Make Your Home Feel Easier, Simpler & Cozier This Fall

A 4-week guided experience to make meaningful improvements around your home — one focus at a time — so you can enjoy your home more this fall.

I'm in!

Does this sound like you?

You always have ideas for your home.

  • Swap out the summer clothes.
  • Clean and organize the kitchen.
  • Refresh the porch.
  • Decorate for fall.
  • Finally make your home feel ready for the season.

And honestly, that's part of the fun.

There's always something you can change, improve, organize, refresh, or make a little more beautiful.

But what if, instead of chasing every idea at once...

we simply focused on one meaningful improvement at a time?

Because sometimes it's not about changing the whole room.

It's about noticing one little thing that creates friction in your everyday life and asking:

What would make this easier?

Maybe it's the kitchen counter that always becomes a drop zone.

Maybe it's the coffee station that could work better.

Maybe it's the closet that could be simplified.

Maybe it's the entryway that needs a better system for shoes, bags, or mail.

Or maybe it's simply making a space feel a little more inviting.

Small changes can make a big difference in how your home feels.

That's exactly why I created The Fall Home Focus.

We'll move through your home one area at a time, find those little opportunities to make things work better, and make meaningful improvements together.

So by the time fall is in full swing, your home doesn't just look ready for the season...

It feels easier, simpler, and cozier to live in.

Imagine heading into fall..

Walking into a home that feels easier.

More inviting.

More enjoyable to live in.

A kitchen that's ready for cozy mornings.

A closet that makes getting dressed a little easier.

An entryway that welcomes you home.

Spaces that feel more intentional and work better for the way you live.

Simple touches of fall that make your home feel warm and inviting.

Not because you transformed your entire house overnight…

But because you made a few small changes that made a big difference.

One intentional focus at a time.

So you can spend less time managing your home…
and more time enjoying it this fall.

Why This Approach Is Different

This isn't another decluttering challenge.
And it's not a list of activities you have to check off every day.

It's an opportunity to look at your home differently.

Instead of simply reacting to whatever needs attention that day, I'll guide you through each area of your home and help you think about what could make it easier, more enjoyable, and more inviting for the season ahead.

Maybe it's simplifying your pantry. Maybe it's creating a better spot for school lunches. Maybe it's taking a fresh look at your closet before buying anything new. Maybe it's making your entryway a little easier to come home to.

We'll focus on one meaningful improvement at a time, and you won't have to figure it out on your own. I'll give you the ideas, guidance, and step-by-step process, and we'll work through it together.

And we're keeping it simple:

Just 20 minutes a day.

You don't need to spend your weekends working on your house or turn this into another big project. We'll use small pockets of time to make changes you'll actually notice.

One area. One focus. 20 minutes a day.

By the end of the four weeks, your home won't just be more ready for fall.

It will feel easier, simpler, and cozier — because you've been intentional about making it that way.

Hi! I'm Michelle

For as long as I can remember, I've loved creating and improving our home.

Not because I believe homes have to be perfect...

But because I genuinely love making the place we live feel more beautiful, functional, and personal.

For more than six years, I've invited millions of people into our home through YouTube — sharing cleaning days, DIY projects, seasonal decorating, gardening, and everyday life.

But I eventually realized I was spending a lot of time working on my home without always asking what would actually make our life easier.

I'd clean, organize, start projects, and take inspiration from other homes — but I wasn't always thinking about how I wanted our home to function for us.

And when I tried to tackle everything at once, I'd often put things off because it all felt like too much.

So I started doing things differently.

Instead of trying to change everything, I focused on one thing at a time.

I started looking at how we actually lived, asking “What would make this easier?” and making intentional progress in small pockets of time.

That approach changed the way I think about our home — and it's the approach behind The Fall Home Focus.

I'll help you look at your home differently, choose what will make the biggest difference, and work through it together, one focus at a time.

Because a home doesn't have to be perfect to feel good. It just needs to work for the life you're living.

Still Have Questions?

Every Season Deserves an Intentional Home.

Creating a home isn't something we finish once.

It's something we keep shaping as our lives, routines, and seasons change — choosing what matters and making intentional improvements along the way.

This fall, we'll focus on the little things that can make everyday life a little easier and your home a little cozier — one area, one focus, and one intentional step at a time.

I'd love to spend this season creating alongside you.
