Terms & Conditions – The MOVE Method Program by Michelle O'Malley. 

By enrolling in The MOVE Challenge (“Program”), you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Non-Refundable Purchase

All purchases of The MOVE Challenge, including any coaching sessions or bonus offers, are final and non-refundable. Please ensure you are committed before enrolling.

2. No Guarantees of Outcomes

The MOVE Challenge is designed to provide tools, strategies, and guidance to support personal growth and transformation. However, we do not guarantee specific outcomes such as increased income, more free time, improved health, or any other personal or professional results. Your success depends on your own commitment, application, and individual circumstances.

3. Bonus Coaching Sessions

From time to time, The MOVE Challenge may include a limited-time bonus of two (2) private coaching calls. These calls must be scheduled and used within three (3) months of the date of purchase. Any unused sessions after that time will expire and cannot be rescheduled, refunded, or transferred.

4. Intellectual Property

All course materials, including videos, worksheets, and frameworks, are the intellectual property of Michelle O’Malley Coaching. They are provided for your personal use only and may not be copied, shared, or distributed without permission.

5. Personal Responsibility

By enrolling, you acknowledge that you are responsible for your own progress and results. The MOVE Challenge and any included coaching are educational and supportive in nature and are not a substitute for professional medical, mental health, or financial advice.

6. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the laws of the state/country in which Michelle O’Malley Co LLC is registered TX/USA.
